Refund policy

Light Your Way Returns & Refund Policy

Light Your Way offers returns and refunds only for faulty products. We will make every effort to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the nature of the fault. The final resolution, including whether the cost of the product and/or shipping is refunded, is determined on a case-by-case basis and is at the sole discretion of Light Your Way.

Light Your Way Warranty

All indoor and outdoor signs from Light Your Way come with a 24-month warranty covering electrical components when used correctly. Please note that indoor signs are not suitable for outdoor use or exposure to moisture, and improper use will void the warranty. The resolution for faulty signs depends on the nature of the issue and will be determined between Light Your Way and the purchaser.

Warranty Coverage for Hardwired & Installed Signs

Light Your Way is not responsible for any installation or uninstallation costs related to your sign. If your sign experiences a presumed fault, we may request photos and videos for diagnostics and could require the sign to be returned for repair or replacement. If your sign was hardwired by an electrician, warranty coverage will be at our sole discretion, and we take no responsibility for any associated costs.

Returns Procedure

If you experience an issue with your sign, please contact us at support@light-your-ways.com with the following details:


✔ A short video showing the issue
Photos of the sign clearly displaying the problem

Both a video and photo(s) are required for diagnostic and quality control purposes. If you cannot provide both, our ability to resolve the issue may be limited.

If a return is approved:

  • The faulty product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • The item must be shipped back within 14 days from the date you received it.
  • If a replacement has been agreed upon, we will produce and ship the new product as soon as possible.
  • If a partial or full refund has been agreed upon, we will notify you of the refund timeline.

Damaged in Transit

We recommend opening your Light Your Way parcel immediately upon delivery. If your sign was damaged during transit, we will ensure a resolution.

To be eligible for a replacement, damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will be handled under our standard returns and warranty policies.

If your sign was damaged in transit and you are within the 7-day claim window, please email support@light-your-ways.com with the following:


A clear photo of the damage to the sign
A clear photo of the outer box and any visible damage
A clear photo of the shipping label on the box

Lost, Missing & Stolen Signs

Light Your Way takes every precaution to ensure safe delivery. We use premium express shipping services with signature confirmation for added security.

Customers may choose to opt out of the signature requirement directly through the shipping provider after the shipment process has begun. However, please note:

  • If you opt out of signature on delivery, Light Your Way is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the courier.
  • If you experience a missing shipment, contact us at support@light-your-ways.com, and we will assist in tracking the package.
